I have a small list going already incliding : Flight, Hotel, Rings, Dress/Tux, Wedding service, Food, and shopping/entertainment. I feel like I’m forgetting stuff, is it really that easy?

not sure if you have factored in groomsman/bridesmaids gifts, also I think the records office is open 24 hours a day on the weekend to get a licence.

Here are a couple of different wedding planning tools/lists that will help you - this will help you remember to cover all details. I hope they help!

I would call the chapel you wish to get married at. They specialise in weddings and can tell you any unforseen expenses.

Try posting a projects at and they can give you price quotes from vendors. It’s a free service for brides and they helped me a lot. It’s a really nifty site and they’ll help you save money for your wedding.

    Good luck!

Don’t really need to worry about food, you can always find a deal, like breakfast for $5.99. Souvenirs are expensive tho, you’ll pay 5 bucks for a keychain
