You’ve set the date for your wedding, you’ve set your budget and made your plan and your list. You’ve done some shopping and know what you want, what you’re going to do for yourself and what you’re going to leave to the professionals. You’ve tracked every penny you’ve spent.
So what’s left?
Our last bit of advice is this …
Enjoy.
Whether your wedding is on a tight budget or is the most lavish ceremony that could rival royalty, or anywhere in between, you want to relax and enjoy the process of planning it. Don’t regret the things you can’t buy or the things you won’t have but concentrate on the things you will have and the life that’s about to be lived. Remember why you’re planning the wedding in the first place and be determined to enjoy every step of planning it.
This is your wedding, and the budget shouldn’t determine your happiness. Other brides and grooms have found that a very affordable wedding is just as beautiful and elegant and enjoyable as the most expensive ceremony, and of course having the most expensive ceremony doesn’t guarantee that you’ll enjoy it any more. Whatever you do, don’t let worrying about the minor details take away from the happiness of this special day.
So relax, sit back, and enjoy yourself, now and forever!
